Dr. Josh Colbert
(DPT, Cert. MDT)
Dr. Colbert was born and raised in Port St. Joe, Florida before moving to Nashville to attend Belmont University. While at Belmont he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After graduating with his undergraduate degree in 1998, Josh enrolled in
the physical therapy program at Belmont where he graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2001. Since completing PT school Dr. Colbert has practiced exclusively in the field of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. In addition to his clinical practice, he has completed yearly post-graduate training, the highlight being in 2011 when he was awarded a certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the prestigious McKenzie Institute of New Zealand
